Dream Team Results
The Sun’s £1 million Dream Team game has kept us competitive during the Euros. A stack of us clicked to register for this season and started competing.
Well the Euros are now over, and to the nation’s shock and despair, yet again England didn’t win and lost a penalty shoot-out in a major tournament for the fifth time in a row. I was in Madrid for the final and it was an amazing atmosphere, but that’s another story. The winner was James who won it in the final after a tight race with Jonathan. Dom also achieved a respectable joint-third after an appalling start, and Pearcey’s boyfriend did well again sharing third place with Dom.
As the winner, James will be receiving a prize – which hasn’t been bought yet! As the loser, Tim has to buy cakes for everybody else!
Thanks to everyone who entered, and I’ll be setting up a league for the premier league when it starts again on August 18th.
