Special operations

Special ops was set up right at the start, when we borrowed from a great consumer thinker – Faris Yakob. Farris’ view; ‘Talent imitates and geniuses steal’ has shaped our approach to innovation, collaboration and joint ventures. We don’t pretend we have all the answers, but we know that through collaboration it is often possible to get better outcomes for our clients.

We do our upmost to get out there and investigate how other industries approach similar problems to ours, hungry as anything to adapt, copy and utilise the gold that lies across the world.

To date we have put together multi-county conceptual teams for multiregional briefs, adopted progressive approaches to internal communications (Coca Cola), licenced innovative digital formats and learnt from behavioural change scenario training (Armed forces). All of these approaches have benefited our client’s brands, and our ability to service them.

With this model nearing ‘tried and tested’ we have set aside a fund available for the development of healthcare ‘things’. We positively encourage ideas being presented to us, and promise to offer our support in anyway we can.
